The Coaching Process
Our initial sessions will provide an opportunity for us to get to know each other through discussions and engaging activities designed to shed light on your strengths, skills, and desired direction. My goal is to make the coaching experience as personalized as possible. These activities are designed to put you in the driver's seat. Through discussions and prioritization activities, we will narrow our focus to create a clearly defined SMART goal for this season of coaching.
Working backward from victory, we will identify milestone goals to achieve along the way to our ultimate goal. We will pinpoint roadblocks that could hinder us from reaching our goal and make plans to remove them. We will meet according to your individualized plan to measure progress, update goals, and ensure you are moving toward your ultimate destination. The timeline from the start to your personal victory is ultimately up to you, and I will be right beside you to celebrate the victories along the way.
